What Is Required To Play Successfully?
In order to successfully access our content, you will need to be running Windows XP, Vista, or 7 and using Internet Explorer version 7 or higher. You will also need Windows Media Player version 10 or higher. Additionally, you will need to have ActiveX enabled in your browser, and, if this is your first time accessing DRM protected content, you may be required to "individualize" your operating system.
How Do I Get Back To A Video I Have Already Purchased To Play It Again?
Simply come back to our store, click on the "My Account" link, and log-in, if needed. You should see a copy of the original order under "Previous Orders". If you click the "View" button next to the order, you will be able to view the items purchased. Your download links are located towards the bottom of the order.
What Happens If/When I Exceed The Maximum Allowed Plays Or Time On Media I Have Ordered?
Once a license has expired, you will not be able to play the media further without purchasing a new license. When you attempt to play a media file with an expired license, you will receive an on-screen notice warning you that the license has expired, and a link to purchase a new license.
How Do I Play The Media?
Upon completing your order, you will be presented with your download links. Simply click the download link and your media will begin playing in Windows Media Player.
Can I Save The Media To My PC?
Yes! Once you have played your media the first time, you can right-click on the download links, and select "Save As..." to save the file locally to your PC.
What If I Purchased The Media On One Computer, But Want To Watch On Another?
If you purchased media from one computer, and now wish to access it from a second computer, please contact us.
